1. The studio is an intimate setting so
we ask, if possible, during the trial run, to turn off mobile phones or pagers.
We also ask that you do not bring young children with you to your
appointment, since the studio is small and this can tend to take away from
your focused time with the artist. This one-on-one time requires your
feedback and participation, so we prefer to limit any forms of interruption
during the appointment.
2. We require a minimum of 24 hours
cancellation notice for any booked bridal trial run or makeover
appointments to ensure regularity and consistency of our scheduled time.
Confirmation calls may be provided when available, but ultimately the
appointment booked is the individual's responsibility.
3. In the event we don't receive proper
cancellation notice we will charge a minimum of 50% of the session booked.
There is also a $25 fee for any “no shows” or if you or anyone in your party
is over 15 minutes late. Therefore we will ask for a credit card number to
secure most appointments. |
